Welcome Back!
On behalf of myself and my staff we would like to welcome you back.
We would like to thank you for your patience and support, we know this has been a crazy time during this covid 19 pandemic, but we want to assure you we have taken many steps to ensure your health and safety. We are now experiencing a new normal and we are excited to embark on this new journey with you. We have and continue to ensure the health and safety of our guest as well as staff; therefore, we have implemented a few new things to help you feel safe and enjoy your long-awaited appointments. As we open in this stage one many things have changed, but with change comes great things. We are taking steps towards new concepts that will allow you to feel more connected to us, so please stay tuned for more exciting things to happen at intemperance hair studio.
We have implemented new health and safety procedures for our guests and staff, to ensure your safety as well as ours.
Day of your appointment:
- If you are ill, we ask that you reschedule your appointment, and we will try to do the best we can to re-book you at the earliest convenience-schedule permitting.
-The more time that you can give is very important especially now, as bookings are very valuable.
- When you arrive at the salon, you will see we have sanitizer for your hands to be used first, we are providing you with a mask (you may choose to wear your own, but please realize if you are in for a colour service we cannot guarantee it won't get colour on it).
- A fresh and laundered cutting robe will be waiting for you as well. Each client will get a new and freshly laundered one at every appointment. This is optional.
- If you are bringing in a beverage, as our coffee bar will not be in use at this time, we ask that you bring it in an item that can be wiped down.
- Please come at the time of your appointment as we will be trying our best to be on time, we have allowed 15 mins between clients so that we may disinfect and follow the protocol intemperance has laid out for their employees and clients for health and safety measures. Please do not bring anyone else with you.
During your appointment you will experience:
- Please don't fret, we as well will be wearing masks. Our aprons as well will be topically disinfected after each client, as well as our work area, chairs and tools.
- We will also have you process at our chairs, as space is limited and we want to ensure the social distancing is consistent. The dryer area will only be used based on the needs of an appointment, or dryers will be moved to our stations.
- It has been awhile since we have seen each other, and in respect to colour services, these appointments will not be what they once were, prior to the 5 week at home quarantine. The price of your service will reflect the time and product needed to get your beautiful selves back to what once was.
At the end of your service:
- You will be directed up to the front (pending guests already there), there you will be greeted by Dawn, or another member of our team to finalize your bill. We have fully stocked shelves for your shopping pleasure, and if you would like to purchase any product, we will gladly get it for you and wipe it down.
* Curbside purchases are still available, prefer method of communication is email.
* To respect the social gathering limit, there will be only 1 parent allowed to be with their child at the time of their cut.
* The staff has the right refuse service to anyone who refuses to follow our health and safety protocols.
